The Christmas holidays, Carnival and Easter are considered peak season with the same price as the month of July.
Rates and Terms:
Check in between: 16.00 hours (4 pm) and 22.00 hours (10 pm)
Check out until: 10.00 hours (10 am)
Guaranty € 100,- per reservation, which should be paid on arrival and is refunded at departure.
We have special prices for longer stays during low season and mid season.

• Including twice a week clean towels and kitchen linen
Extra:
• Baby cod € 25,- additional per week
Cancellation and Terms:
In case of cancellation, notification thereof must be in writing. The time of cancellation will be considered from the date of receipt in writing.
Values are returned as follows:
+60 Days 50%
30-59 Days 20%
0-29 Days 0%
• If needed you will take care of a cancellation insurance.
• At departure the house will be left clean.
Payment:
At a down payment of 50% from the complete sum, your booking is confirmed.
The remaining rate has to be paid 4 weeks up front the arrival.
