Rates and Terms:

Check in: 16.00 hours (4 pm)

Guaranty € 100,- per reservation, which should be paid on arrival and is refunded at departure.

We have special prices for longer stays during Lowseason and Midseason.

• Including twice a week clean towels and kitchenlinen

Extra:
• Baby cod € 25,- additional per week

Cancelation and Terms:
• By cancellation 4 weeks prior to the rental period € 150,- will be billed as administrative costs.
• By cancellation after this the whole rental some will be billed.
• If needed you will take care of a cancellation insurance.
• At departure the house will be left clean.

Payment:

At a down payment of 50% from the complete sum, your booking is confirmed
The remaining rate has to be paid 4 weeks up front the arrival.
